This magnificent property is situated on the sandy beach of Palmilla Bay which offers some of the calmest waters of Los Cabos. Located in the most prestigious development, Palmilla Gem Estate was built in 1980s and rebuilt in 2003.

The owner got inspired by the French Countryside estates on his travels and has recreated it here. The villa features sand-coloured stone walls, exquisite woodwork and elegant décor. The roof tiles are from a 19th Century Veracruz hacienda and the antique floor tiles are from an Andalusian estate. Indoors, the old-world style continues in the great room, where a traditional-style fireplace extends to the spectacular wood herringbone ceiling. The gourmet kitchen is a welcoming space for friends and family to gather, with Provencal warmth and soft earthy tones, lovely tile and stone work.

Palmilla Gem Estate has four beautiful bedroom suites in the main house, each with an ocean view that brings the beauty of nature.

The Guest House features four-bedroom suites. Each with a rustic and charming atmosphere. The house also has a full kitchen, living and dining area.
